Ashtanga
Ashtanga Yoga is a moving meditation - a steady, breath-led practice that follows a set sequence of postures. It’s a beautiful balance of strength, focus, and flow. With time and consistency, the sequence becomes familiar, allowing space to turn inward and find stillness through movement.
In Mysore-style classes, students move through the sequence at their own pace, with individual guidance and adjustments from the teacher. It’s a supportive, personalized way to build a consistent practice and truly make it your own.
Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body — the fascia, joints, and ligaments. Poses are held for several minutes, allowing the body to release tension and the mind to settle into stillness.
It’s a quiet, meditative style of yoga that encourages patience, presence, and deep listening. Over time, Yin helps improve flexibility, support recovery, and bring balance to more active practices like Ashtanga — both on and off the mat.
